Orders
- Minimum order value is ₹3,000.
- Every order placed on this site is a pre-booking, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve, or if we cannot reach you on the number provided.
- You must provide a working ten-digit mobile number. The entire order depends on our being able to reach you.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and discounts may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available only in our four home districts. All other orders are paid in advance by bank transfer or UPI.
- For advance-paid orders we need the UTR reference before the order is released for dispatch.
Free gifts and coupons
- Free gifts are added automatically once your order value passes the relevant threshold and cannot be exchanged for other products or for cash.
- Coupons apply above their stated minimum order value, one coupon per order.
- We may change or withdraw any gift tier or coupon at any time; the offer applied to a confirmed order will be honoured.
Age and lawful use
- You must be 18 or older to buy fireworks from this site.
- Fireworks must be used in accordance with local law and any timing restrictions or court directions in force in your area.
- You are responsible for storing and using the products safely once they are delivered.
Safety
Burst crackers only in open spaces, well away from buildings, vehicles, dry grass and overhead cables. Keep children supervised at all times, never return to a firework that has failed to light, keep a bucket of water or sand to hand, and follow the instructions printed on every packet. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by unsafe or unlawful use.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
