How and where we deliver, what it costs, and how you pay. Minimum order value is ₹3,000.
Packing & handling charge
A flat ₹75 packing & handling charge applies to every order, whatever the value and wherever it is going.
Shipping charge on small orders
Orders from ₹3,001 to ₹3,500 carry an additional ₹225 shipping charge. A small order costs us the same to pack and move as a large one. Above ₹3,500 this charge does not apply — only the ₹75 packing & handling charge.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram, where we deliver orders using our own vehicles.
For all other locations, payment must be made in advance before we pack and hand the order over to the transport company.
Customers outside our home delivery areas can choose their preferred transport service point during checkout.
Transport deliveries
For destinations outside Chennai, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kanchipuram, orders are sent through the transport service selected by you at checkout.
- For orders above ₹10,000, we will cover the applicable transportation charges.
- For orders ₹10,000 or below, the applicable transportation charges will be payable by the customer.
- Transportation charges are separate from our ₹75 packing & handling charge.
- Once your order is booked with the transport company, you will receive a message on the mobile number provided during checkout with the transport and tracking details.
- If you do not receive the transport or tracking message, please contact us and we will provide the details.
- The transport company will contact you, or you can collect the parcel from the selected transport office once it arrives.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, transport service and seasonal demand. During the Diwali season, delays may occur due to high volumes.
Timing during Diwali
Diwali is our busiest season, and dispatch volumes can increase significantly as the festival approaches.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid last-minute delays.
Orders are processed and dispatched in the order they are received, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Delivery times during the Diwali season may be longer than usual due to increased demand and transport congestion.
Please plan your order in advance, especially if you are sending it through a transport service.
