At Crackers Online Chennai, we are committed to ensuring safe and timely delivery of your festive orders. Our delivery network covers almost all of South India, with special focus on the following regions:

• Karnataka (especially Bengaluru and nearby areas)

• Andhra Pradesh

• Tamil Nadu

• Kerala

📍 Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

• COD is only available in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, and Chengalpattu districts.

• For customers in other districts and states, orders will be shipped through our trusted transport partners. You can collect your package from the nearest transport office assigned at the time of shipping.

⏳ Delivery Timeline

• Deliveries start 3–4 weeks before Diwali and continue until the festival.

• For transport partner shipments, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery.

• Customers outside Tamil Nadu are strongly encouraged to place their orders well in advance to ensure delivery before Diwali.

📦 Minimum Order Requirement: ₹3,000
❌ Order Closing Date: Orders will close one day before Diwali.

💰 Delivery Charges (Handling Fee)

• For orders between ₹3,500 and ₹20,000 → ₹60 handling fee applies.

• For orders below ₹3,500 → ₹300 handling fee applies.

This nominal charge covers packaging, handling, and safe delivery of your products.

• ✅ We accept returns only if we deliver defective or incorrect items.

• ❌ We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or delayed festive purchases.

👉 During peak festive seasons like Diwali, some products may run out of stock. In such cases, we will substitute them with an equivalent Standard Crackers product of the same price and function.
